The Flatiron Building sits on a triangular plot of land formed by Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and East 22nd Street in Manhattan. It was completed in 1902 and has been called “one of the world’s most iconic skyscrapers and a quintessential symbol of New York City.” The building was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1989 and has appeared in numerous films, TV shows, books, photographs, and other works of art. The neighborhood around it is called the Flatiron District after its signature, iconic building.
Our model, made of sustainable bamboo, is finely detailed with all the major architectural elements included. It is perfectly scaled to fit nicely on your desk, table or bookshelf. Beautifully packaged, the Flatiron Building kit comes with clear, easy to follow instructions and is the ideal gift for that architect friend, NYC buff, or even for you!
