Scale model kit of 1800's miner's cottage

This is a great, one evening project!

Thousands of remnant miner’s cottages are scattered across the old goldfield districts of the old west. Often sited on small allotments, these very basic, single-roomed timber framed cottages were originally built around the miner’s canvas tent to provide insulation and security.

This is a step up from the more primitive log cabins that many miners lived in.  Our model features many fine details like the front and back porch with curved awnings.  We've even included the miner!!

This cottage kit is the perfect addition to your Frontier Town Streetscape!

Kit includes wooden parts and sandpaper. Wood glue is required to complete the model and is not included with the kit.
